Room Detail

It features a queen-size birds-eye maple four-poster pillow-top bed and matching maple dresser. Twin antique velvet chairs provide a comfortable view of the river. A romantic claw-foot tub is situated with a river view as well. We used a white vessel sink mounted on an antique commode to create the look of the pitcher and basin that was probably the only water in the room when it was constructed in 1914. (Ours does have running water!) In addition to the tub, this room has a separate bathroom with a toilet and 48-inch shower.
