- February 11, 2012: Moonstone Crossing Winery: We welcome back Moonstone Crossing Winery for an evening of fine wine and fun.Moonstone Crossing wines are made from select grapes grown in small, hillside vineyards from the Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Amador appellations. - February 25, 2012: Foris Vineyards Winery: We welcome back a very popular choice from 2011! When Ted Gerber planted his first vines in 1974, he had the passion and courage to develop premium Pinot Noir and Alsace varietal vineyards in the remote southwest corner of Oregon. Today, as a testament to Ted’s vision, Foris produces elegant, complex wines, rich in flavor and texture, distinct to the microclimate and terroir of their estate vineyards.

- March 17, 2012: Briceland Vineyard: Briceland Vineyard of Redway, California has been making award winning wines since 1985. With a focus on using Humboldt County grapes, Briceland has been pioneer, educator and mentor in our region's winemaking industry. We toast Briceland for their leadership and welcome them to our 2012 winemaker dinner series.

Reservations are limited to 32 diners, with dinner commencing at 6pm. $75 per guest includes food and wine. Wine Dinner Series guests are eligible for a 10% room discount when booking dinner and room together. Rooms are limited so book quickly! Make a special evening of it!
