We thank you so much for staying with us. There are a few things that will be helpful for you to know.
Arrival and Departure:
Check in is at 4pm
Check out in 11am
(please request a later check out if needed email innkeeper@requainn.com)
Kids at the Inn:
We recommend that groups with children under 10 will be most comfortable booking The Cottage,
The Requa House or The Post Office.
Deposits and Cancellations:
A 50% deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made.

We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
Please review our seasonal cancellation policies below:
April 1 – October 31 (Peak Season)

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a refund of the deposit,
minus a $25 processing fee. -
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the deposit may be forfeited. If we are unable to rebook
the room, you may be charged for the full cost of the reservation.
November 1 – March 31 (Off-Season)

To account for potential weather-related changes, cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in
will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 processing fee. -
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
