Arrival and Departure:
Check in is at 4pm

Kids at the Inn:
We recommend that groups with children under 10 will be most comfortable booking The Cottage,
The Requa House or The Post Office. 

Deposits and Cancellations: 
A 50% deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made.

We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Please review our seasonal cancellation policies below:

April 1 – October 31 (Peak Season)

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a refund of the deposit,
  minus a $25 processing fee.

• For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the deposit may be forfeited. If we are unable to rebook
  the room, you may be charged for the full cost of the reservation.

November 1 – March 31 (Off-Season)

• To account for potential weather-related changes, cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in
  will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 processing fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, please
contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you

This policy pertains to early check-outs as well as cancellations.
Special events and holidays may have greater cancellation periods. Please call ahead.

Smoking: 
There is no burning or smoking of anything inside the Inn or inside any of the guest houses.
You may smoke outside 30 feet or more away from the inn. We trust you will be courteous and responsible. 

Pets: 
No pets of any kind are allowed at the inn or in any of the guest houses. No exceptions.
Service animals that assist with disabilities are welcome.
